Woodstock L. Koch-Wain
Woodstock (Woody) L. Koch-Wain is an associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment Group at the Los Angeles office. He advocates for the rights and interests of both employees and employers in the complex realm of labor and employment law. With a profound understanding of the intricate legal landscape surrounding labor, he offers strategic guidance to navigate workplace challenges and compliance matters.
Mr. Koch-Wain’s practice encompasses a wide range of labor-related issues, including employment contracts, discrimination cases, wage disputes, and more. He is committed to providing every client with top-tier legal representation, always striving to secure fair and just resolutions.
Prior to joining Musick Peeler, Mr. Koch-Wain spent several years working for the Los Angeles Unified School District in many capacities including within the Office of the General Counsel.
Mr. Koch-Wain graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. He also has a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from California State University in San Bernardino, along with a Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles. Mr. Koch-Wain has been a member of the California Bar since 2018.
