Stuart W. Rudnick
Stuart W. Rudnick is of counsel to the Firm. Before becoming of counsel, Mr. Rudnick regularly represented private and public sector employers before state and federal courts, appellate courts, administrative agencies and arbitration forums in connection with discharge, discipline, discrimination, wage and hour, and other employment-related litigation. He counseled and advised employers on a full range of issues including compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, employee discipline, employee-management relations, the design and implementation of personnel policies and handbooks, individual employment agreements, and the resolution of employment disputes.
Mr. Rudnick also devoted a significant portion of his practice to the representation of schools (K-12), colleges and universities in matters of particular concern to these institutions, including governance, regulatory compliance, and faculty, staff, and student issues.
Before joining the Firm, Mr. Rudnick was a Special Attorney with the United States Department of Justice. Assigned to the Organized Crime and Racketeering Section of the Department's Criminal Division, Mr. Rudnick prosecuted organized crime and racketeering cases throughout the southwestern United States.
