Kirsten C. Love
Kirsten C. Love is of counsel in the firm's Los Angeles office. Her practice focuses on representing employers in a broad range of employment areas, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate claims, breach of contract claims, and wage and hour claims, including the defense of class actions and PAGA actions.
Ms. Love actively participates in all aspects of these cases before state and federal courts, arbitration, and administrative agencies. Ms. Love also advises employers on how to comply with state and federal laws, drafts and revises handbooks, policies, and procedures, and provides training to supervisors and employees. She also provides employment counseling on disciplinary matters, terminations, layoffs, leaves of absences, disability issues, investigations of internal complaints, and severance agreements.
While at law school, Ms. Love was awarded an American Jurisprudence Award in Labor Law and was a Literary Editor on the Pepperdine Law Review.
