Joseph Suarez

Joseph Suarez is an Associate in the Firm’s Labor & Employment Department. He represents employers in defense of claims for discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) actions. Mr. Suarez has experience working with a wide range of private and public sector clients. 

Mr. Suarez skillfully advises clients regarding employee leave, discipline, termination, and legal compliance with other policies and practices. He has secured successful outcomes for his clients, including in class action wage and hour lawsuits through dispositive motions and settlements. 

Mr. Suarez earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, where he received Honors for his participation in the Scott Moot Court competition. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chicana/o Studies from the University of California Los Angeles.
