Jacob L. Bedingfield
Jacob Bedingfield is a Senior Associate in the Firm’s Real Estate department in the San Diego office. He has substantial experience in real estate transactions, including working with renewable energy projects, hospitality, development, and operational management of real property assets. He has worked with energy providers, telecom companies, developers, and global brands to assist teams in meeting business objectives in real estate transactions, asset management, and deal making.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Bedingfield worked with the property management/asset management/leasing and development department at Realty Income Corporation, where he negotiated favorable outcomes for his clients, including leading several multi-million-dollar deals.
Mr. Bedingfield received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Pre-Law from Michigan State University and his Master’s of Public Affairs from the University of Colorado. He received his Juris Doctor from American University, Washington College of Law, where he served as Associate Managing Editor of The Arbitration Brief was a member of the ADR Honor Society and received Outstanding Service Honors for his Pro Bono contributions.
