Gregory A. Feldman

Gregory Feldman is a seasoned labor and employment attorney who defends businesses in complex workplace litigation throughout California. With extensive experience representing employers in state and federal court and arbitration, he handles matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, and class and representative actions, including claims brought under California's Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).

Drawing on a background in high-stakes civil litigation and deep experience with both individual and multi-party employment cases, Mr. Feldman is known for his strategic approach, courtroom skills, and commitment to understanding each client's unique goals. He has successfully defended employers ranging from small businesses to large corporations and guided clients through all stages of litigation – from initial investigations and discovery through dispositive motions, mediations, and arbitrations, consistently securing favorable results. 

Mr. Feldman has successfully defended clients in wage and hour class actions, prepared winning post-arbitration briefs in discrimination and retaliation cases under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) and California Family Rights Act (CFRA), and developed litigation strategies that have resulted in summary judgment victories.
