Francisco Cabada
Francisco Cabada is a Partner in the firm’s Los Angeles Office. He is a member of the Litigation Department. Mr. Cabada advises and counsels mid-size and large companies on all aspects of labor and employment law. He has extensive trial experience in commercial and employment litigation in state and federal courts, including various appeals and hearings at the California Courts of Appeal.
Mr. Cabada joins the firm after 14 years as Partner and Co-Founder of Cabada & Hameed LLP. While there, he emphasized providing his clients, who were individuals and businesses of all sizes, with strategic thinking, individualized support and a proven track record of success in his commercial and employment litigation practice.
Mr. Cabada received his J.D. from Loyola Law School, graduating in the top 15% of his class and receiving the Loyola Alumni Association Award for Outstanding Service. He received his B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he graduated with honors.
Before his distinguished academic career, Mr. Cabada proudly served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve for eight years, where he was meritoriously promoted to Corporal and then Sergeant. During his service, he operated supply warehouses, provided logistical support to various infantry units, and supervised junior Marines.
When not in the courtroom or advising clients, Mr. Cabada enjoys baseball, football, youth sports, thoroughbred racing, and disc golf.
