Barbora Pulmanova
Barbora Pulmanova is a partner in the Firm’s Los Angeles office who aggressively represents clients in individual and representative employment litigation. She leads matters from initial liability assessment through mediation, trial preparation, oral argument, and settlement negotiations, with a sharp focus on positioning cases for decisive advantage.
Ms. Pulmanova is deeply involved in every stage of litigation, driving strategy, crafting pleadings and dispositive motions, taking and defending key depositions, and advocating for clients in court. She is known for delivering clear, forceful legal analyses and for counseling clients on litigation and settlement strategies designed to control risk, contain exposure and achieve favorable outcomes.
