Rebecca S. Hummel

Rebecca Hummel is an associate with the firm’s Los Angeles office. She is a member of the Litigation Department and her practice is focused on insurance coverage, which includes in depth coverage analysis, insurance coverage litigation, and defense of bad faith actions. In addition to insurance coverage, Ms. Hummel’s experience includes representing a variety of clients in business torts, employment wage and hour claims, complex personal injury claims.

Prior to joining Musick Peeler, Ms. Hummel was an attorney in the Insurance and Reinsurance Department at the global law firm Clyde & Co. She received a B.A. in English Language and Literature from UC Santa Barbara and earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School.

While attending the University of California, Santa Barbara, Rebecca was a member of Kappa Aplha Theta.

While attending Loyola Law School, Rebecca served as a volunteer for the Prime Time Middle School Mock Trial Program.
